I have a degree in sports therapy, certified by the University of Kent and am a level 4 qualified VTCT sports massage therapist, a level 3 ITEC holistic massage therapist. I am also currently in my final couple of months of BSc in osteopathic medicine, certified by the University of Surrey.

As a sports injury therapist and I have worked within rugby clubs, with semi-professional football clubs, as well as American football clubs, providing both pitch side and sports injury services in a clinic environment. I have also worked with a wide variety of athletes, including those involved in triathlons, marathons, rugby, football, motor cross, climbers, as well as dancers, recreational athletes and the non sporting population.
I have gained a wealth of knowledge in the health and fitness industry. I undertake constant ongoing training, and take an evidence approach to provide with a more beneficial experience and tailor made service. Training has included, sports injury therapy, trauma management, sports psychology, kinesiology, pathology, personal training, kettlebells, pre and post natal exercise, corrective exercise, sports massage, taping,strapping and rehabilitation exercise.
I am a NASM corrective exercise specialist, a pre and post exercise specialist, ans is especially interested in functional movement patterns in posture, pain and sports.
